Bank Statement ( F1 – $1,800US)
Financial Support Form (if bank statement is not in student’s name).
High school or highest degree diploma or transcript.

Application Form, Enrollment Agreement, Performance Fact Sheet,Catalog acknowledgement form.
Transfer-in form if you are transferring from another school in the USA, I20, copy of your I94, copy of your visa.
