* Students must be at least 18 years old to apply.
- Passport Photo-copy
- Bank Statement ( F1 – $1,800US)
- Financial Support Form (if bank statement is not in student’s name).
- High school or highest degree diploma or transcript.
- Application Form, Enrollment Agreement, Performance Fact Sheet,Catalog acknowledgement form.
- Transfer-in form if you are transferring from another school in the USA, I20, copy of your I94, copy of your visa.
