Private bedrooms for monthly rental to accommodate both short-term and long-term residents. Old Town Place is an intimate community of 11 residents who live in 2- and 4-bedroom apartments and a 3-bedroom house.

Apartments are fully furnished with everything our residents need to live independently and comfortably – including a fully outfitted kitchen in each apartment..

All-Inclusive Rent – rental rates include: utilities (water, electricity, gas), Internet, telephone, cable TV, and periodic housekeeping.

Only one person is permitted to live in a private bedroom.
All utilities are included.
